Junior Engineer (Civil) Under Water Resources
- Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification from a recognized Institution by the Odisha Council of Technical Education & Vocational Training.
Junior Engineer (Civil) Under Panchayat Raj & Drinking Water Department
- Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification from a recognized Institution by the Odisha Council of Technical Education & Vocational Training.
Junior Engineer (Civil) Under Municipal Adminstration
- Diploma in Civil Engineering from an Institution recognized by the Directorate of Technical Education, Odisha and must be a Computer literate.
Tracer (District Offices) State Cadre
- Candidates should possess High School Certificate examination or such other qualification as are equivalent to HSC examination and NTC (Draughtsman Civil) from a recognized Institution and Certificate towards Basic Computer skill from a recognized Institution and Certificate towards Auto CAD Course from a recognized Institution.
