Educational Qualification
1. Junior Stenographer (EIC, Water Resources, Bhubaneswar)
- HSC Examination or such other qualification as are equivalent to HSC Examination with ITI (Stenography), Certificate on basic Computer Skill.
2. Junior Stenographer (Advocate General, Odisha, Cuttack)
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline from a recognized University. He/She should have minimum speed of 80 words per minute in shorthand both in English & Odia along with adequate knowledge in Computer application.
3. Junior Stenographer (Directorate of Treasuries and Inspection)
- Candidates must have passed +2 in any discipline (Arts/Science/Commerce). He/She should have minimum speed of 80 words per minute in shorthand both English and Odia along with adequate knowledge in Computer application.
4. Junior Grade Typist (Director of Prisons and Correctional Services)
- HSC Examination or such other qualification as are equivalent to HSC Examination with Certificate on basic Computer Skill.
5. Typist-cum-Scribe Assistant (Law Department, Odisha)
- Candidates must have passed +2 in any discipline (Arts/Science/Commerce). He/She should have minimum speed of 80 words per minute in shorthand both English and Odia along with adequate knowledge in Computer application.
